Placed an order?

We aim to post all orders out on the same or next day but as we are a small operation, please allow us up to 3 working days for orders to be processed before dispatch with Royal Mail. Please add ‘Express Shipping’ if you require it urgently and we will use next day* delivery where possible (excluding weekends). If on the rare occasion your order cannot reach you next working day we will contact you via email.

Once we have passed your order on to Royal Mail or a courier please allow them approximately;

UK STANDARD = FROM £4 + 20P PER ADDITIONAL ITEM / 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY*

UK EXPRESS = FROM £7 / NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY* WHEN ORDERED BEFORE 2PM MON-FRI

EUROPE = FROM £12 PRICE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT DEPENDING ON DESTINATION / 7-10 WORKING DAYS*

WORLDWIDE = FROM £18 PRICE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT DEPENDING ON DESTINATION / 14-30 WORKING DAYS*

*AVERAGE TIME FOR DELIVERY EXTENDED DUE TO BREXIT. AN ITEM CAN ONLY BE INVESTIGATED FOR DELAY OR LOSS WITH Royal Mail AFTER 30 WORKING DAYS HAS PASSED FROM DATE OF POSTAGE.

Customers are responsible for any further import or customs duty charges that may occur once it reaches your destination.

 Wanna return an item?

  • VINTAGE items are final sale and we do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Due to the tricky nature of selling used clothing online, we take detail in photographing the pieces and providing descriptions of imperfections, on top of providing detailed measurements for our customers to check and compare with their own clothing. If the garment is absolutely not suitable for you please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and you may return it for an exchange or 12 months store credit.

  • Returned items should be unused and in condition sold with tags on and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund to credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, you may exchange the item with one of similar value or pay to the value towards.

  • CLEARANCE no returns or refunds accepted on SALE/CLEARANCE items from any category. These items are priced to clear and will be posted economy mail (sometimes not tracked) and may not always be gift wrapped.

  • Please note:

    1. Goods that are eligible will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Royal Mail ‘Second Signed’ or ‘Special Delivery’ advised.

    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    4. ‘Made to Order’ items are not eligible for a return or refund.

    5. Any import/custom charges to international shoppers are THE CUSTOMERS responsibility to pay. This may be requested from your local post office or courier on receipt of your order. For more information please visit Simply Duty.

  • We recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ service.

  • With Royal Mail Signed For Delivery, a signature is required for delivery and this ensures it will reach us safely. This is the service we often use to send our orders or alternatively with another signed or tracked courier.

  • For your protection, Royal Mail can offer up to £2500 compensation cover for loss or damage.
